The M.A.G.I.C. Match Program Opportunity...for both businesses and individuals!
Although this program was introduced as the "Business Phase" of the Annual Fund, there are more and more "individual" donors who are M.A.G.I.C. Match sponsors as well. We are always in need of additional sponsors, and we are happy to match anyone with whichever classroom or program they request! The M.A.G.I.C. Match sponsorship fee remains at $500.00; however, in the last two years, many sponsors have graciously opted to donate $600.00 annually, in light of the fact that we have kept the fee the same since the program began in 1995!
M.A.G.I.C. Match sponsors will be recognized as follows:
Both students and teachers keep in touch with their sponsors through thank-you notes and greeting cards. Sponsors are also invited to an "appreciation event" as a formal thank-you, which in recent years has been the Annual Fall Auction/Dinner. Many sponsors attend the Community Open House, and the M.A.G.I.C. Match Luncheon, during Catholic Schools Week. All sponsors are welcome to call to set up a classroom visit any time!
M.A.G.I.C. Match funds are administered through the Annual Fund account. A teacher fills out a formal request sheet, which describes the program or items to be purchased, and submits the request to the Principal, who approves the purchase.
